• Involves the sale of prohibited or controlled substances
• Is spam, duplicate, or artificially inflates search results

5. Listing Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you post. AdZone does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not liable for any transactions that occur between users.

6. Transactions

AdZone is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Any disputes arising from transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller.

7. Intellectual Property

The AdZone name, logo, and all website content are the intellectual property of AdZone. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdZone is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of user-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdZone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AdZone after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
